Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are processed and shipped the same day from our New York distribution center. We specialize in generator logistics and ensure your equipment receives proper handling from the moment we receive your order.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day. During peak storm seasons, we prioritize orders based on urgency and proximity to affected areas.

Standard Shipping
3-7 business days for most locations within the continental United States. Most portable generators ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Expedited Options
2-day and overnight shipping available at checkout for urgent needs. Ideal for customers preparing for imminent weather events.
Remote Areas
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require additional transit time (7-14 business days). Contact us for a custom shipping quote to these locations.
Large Equipment
Standby generators (20kW+) ship via freight carriers with delivery windows of 5-10 business days. We include scheduled delivery appointments for all freight shipments.

On all generator orders over $499 to the continental United States. Our factory-direct model allows us to offer this valuable service at no additional cost to you.
Flat-Rate Shipping
$79 for generators under $499. This flat rate covers the specialized handling required for generator shipments.
Large Equipment Shipping
Standby generators (15kW+) qualify for free freight shipping. These larger units require special handling that we include at no additional charge.
Expedited Shipping
Rates calculated at checkout based on order value and destination. We work with premium carriers to ensure your urgent power needs are met.

Delivery Requirements
Most generators require a forklift or loading dock for delivery. Residential deliveries include liftgate service at no extra charge for qualifying orders.
Signature Required
All generator shipments require an adult signature upon delivery for security and safety reasons.
Delivery Appointment
Freight shipments of standby generators include scheduled delivery appointments with the carrier, so you know exactly when to expect your equipment.
Inside Delivery
